Enerquip supports nonprofit organizations through a robust Community Giving Program rooted in its belief that “We Rise By Lifting Others.” Since 1985, Enerquip has been a trusted provider of American-made sanitary and industrial heating and cooling solutions, and community investment is a core part of who the company is.

About the Funder

Enerquip designs and manufactures sanitary and industrial heating and cooling solutions in the United States. Its equipment is built in carbon-neutral fabrication facilities in Medford, WI, and Beggs, OK, with design offices in Medford, WI, and Sand Springs, OK. Ineligible Requests

Enerquip does not fund:

  • For-profit businesses
  • Politically affiliated or politically focused organizations
  • Retroactive requests for past events or previously purchased items

Donation Request Guidelines

Requests up to $10,000

  • Apply at least 35 days before funds are needed
  • Requests reviewed monthly
  • One request per organization per calendar year

Requests over $10,000

  • Apply at least 90 days before funds are needed
  • Additional documentation required
  • Reserved for well-planned projects with broad community impact
  • One request per organization per calendar year

Large requests are awarded as pledges, with funds distributed in phases tied to project milestones.


Reporting & Agreements for Large Requests

For requests over $10,000, Enerquip may require:

  • A formal donation agreement
  • A detailed project timeline and itemized budget
  • Regular progress and financial reports
  • A final report upon project completion
