  • Be a registered organization with a valid charitable registration number (when applicable)
  • Be financially sound and able to provide recent financial statements or a balance sheet

Ineligible Requests

Gildan does not support:

  • Projects outside countries where Gildan operates
  • Individuals or charitable appeals for individuals
  • Religious or non-secular organizations (faith-based organizations may be eligible if programs are non-religious and accessible to all)
  • Advocacy or political organizations
  • Parties or celebration events

Timeline & Review

  • Requests are accepted year-round
  • Organizations should submit requests well in advance of the event or project start date
  • Due to resource constraints, not all eligible requests can be approved

Organizations seeking financial or in-kind support must submit an online request. Applicants should:

  • Complete all required fields
  • Provide detailed information about the project or organization
  • Attach required documentation, including financial statements if requested
