HSC supports nonprofit and community programs across Michigan’s Great Lakes Bay Region through its Community and Regional Empowerment, or CARE, Fund. The CARE Fund provides up to $300,000 annually for local projects and programs that improve quality of life in the communities where HSC employees live and work.

About the Funder
HSC has been part of the Great Lakes Bay Region community for more than 60 years. Through corporate citizenship, employee volunteerism, sponsorships, youth grants, and the CARE Fund, HSC invests in local efforts that strengthen quality of life and advance STEM education.
HSC’s corporate citizenship leadership team and ambassadors help guide funding decisions, lead local community projects, and support nonprofit and community programs across the region.

Applicants may apply through one of the local community foundations connected to the program, including the Bay Area Community Foundation, Midland Area Community Foundation, or Saginaw Community Foundation.
