In-Kind Merchandise Donations for Indiana Nonprofit Fundraisers
As part of their commitment to community engagement, the Indiana Pacers provide merchandise donations to support charitable events and fundraisers across Indiana. Due to high request volume, organizations must carefully follow the official submission guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, organizations must:
- Be a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit
- Be located within the state of Indiana
- Submit the request online only through the official donation request form
- Submit the request at least six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled event date
- Submit no more than one donation request within a 12-month period
Requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pacers Sports & Entertainment does not accept requests from third parties fundraising on behalf of another organization.
Donation Guidelines
- Faxed or mailed requests are not accepted
- All requests must be completed in full via the online platform
- Submission does not guarantee approval due to high request volume and limited inventory
The online-only process has been implemented in part to reduce environmental impact and streamline review procedures.
