Jazz Pharmaceuticals supports charitable organizations through corporate grants and sponsorships that improve patients’ lives, address unmet needs, and strengthen the communities where Jazz employees live and work. Corporate giving requests are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed in alignment with Jazz’s mission, values, and compliance standards.

About the Program

Jazz views corporate giving as an opportunity to make meaningful, patient-centered impact while supporting disease awareness, education, and community well-being. All requests must align with Jazz’s therapeutic focus areas and comply with applicable FDA, federal, and international healthcare regulations. Funding decisions are independent of any product-related considerations and cannot support promotional activities.


Funding Priorities

Jazz supports healthcare-related and community-focused initiatives aligned with its therapeutic areas of sleep and hematology/oncology, as well as broader community wellbeing. Examples of supported activities include:

  • Patient advocacy and disease education
  • Patient support services and resources
  • Patient outreach initiatives
  • Health screenings
  • Community and civic programs
  • Disaster and relief efforts

Priority is also given to programs serving underserved, minority, or health-disparate populations and initiatives that support the patient journey.


Eligible Applicants

To be considered, organizations must:

  • Be nonprofit organizations aligned with Jazz’s corporate giving criteria
  • Support disease awareness, patient care, or access in Jazz’s therapeutic areas, or community wellbeing
  • In the U.S., be tax-exempt under 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6)
  • Outside the U.S., qualify as a charitable organization under local regulations

  • Healthcare or disease-focused organizations

Ineligible Requests

Jazz generally does not provide corporate giving for:

  • Individuals, individual scholarships, or travel support
  • Government agencies or employees
  • Political or religious purposes
  • General education funds without a defined program or event
  • Promotional or brand-specific activities
  • Operational funding for patient advocacy organizations
  • Initiatives that present a conflict of interest with Jazz’s commercial or development goals
  • Retrospective or aggregated grants

Application & Review

  • Requests are submitted through Jazz’s online corporate giving portal
  • Applicants should review eligibility and criteria carefully before applying
  • All unsolicited corporate giving requests are accepted on a rolling basis
