Eligible Applicants

To be considered, organizations must:

Be nonprofit organizations aligned with Jazz’s corporate giving criteria
Support disease awareness, patient care, or access in Jazz’s therapeutic areas, or community wellbeing
In the U.S., be tax-exempt under 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6)
Outside the U.S., qualify as a charitable organization under local regulations

Eligible organization types may include:

Patient advocacy organizations
Healthcare or disease-focused organizations
Medical or scientific societies
Healthcare professional organizations or associations
Community or civic organizations
Charitable or philanthropic organizations

Ineligible Requests

Jazz generally does not provide corporate giving for:

Individuals, individual scholarships, or travel support
Government agencies or employees
Political or religious purposes
General education funds without a defined program or event
Promotional or brand-specific activities
Operational funding for patient advocacy organizations
Initiatives that present a conflict of interest with Jazz’s commercial or development goals
Retrospective or aggregated grants
