Eligibility & Preferences
Lagunitas considers requests from organizations that meet all of the following criteria:
- Federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
- Organizations that do not discriminate based on age, gender, race, national origin, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military status, or political affiliation
- Nonprofits willing to pick up beer directly from the brewery in Petaluma, CA (and Chicago, IL when available)
- Organizations able to comply with all state and local licensing laws for serving alcohol and provide copies of required licenses
Ineligible Requests
Lagunitas will not support:
- Cash donation or sponsorship requests
- Organizations without 501(c)(3) status
- Events where Lagunitas is not the exclusive beer sponsor
- Requests submitted fewer than 8 weeks before the event
Funding Amounts / Product Availability
Lagunitas does not publish standard donation quantities. Beer availability and donation size depend on inventory and event needs.

📅 Review Period: Requests reviewed on an ongoing basis due to high volume

- Setting up an account for your nonprofit organization
- Submitting an event-specific beer donation request
Approved organizations will receive beer pickup instructions after confirmation.
