Opportunity Description: Donation Requests
Thank you for considering the New Orleans Saints for your upcoming event! We are dedicated to supporting our community and making a meaningful impact wherever possible.
To ensure a smooth process, please review the following requirements before submitting your request:
Submission:
All requests must be submitted via the Giving Request Portal. Requests made via direct phone calls, emails, or mail will be redirected to the portal.
The online application must be filled out completely to be considered as a valid submission.
Requests must come directly from the benefitting organization. Third party fundraising, such as team or individual campaigns, will not be considered.
Supporting documentation can be sent to SaintsGive@saints.nfl.com (e.g. proof of 501c3, 990, and any supporting programming or event documentation)
The New Orleans Saints must approve any form of promotional or media exposure.
Eligibility:
You must be a qualified non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status under Federal law to be considered for sponsorship.
Due to the high volume of requests, we must limit contributions to organizations within the New Orleans Saints’ territory, which includes all of Louisiana and areas within a 150-mile radius of the Caesars Superdome.
Limits:
Organizations are limited to one (1) request fulfillment per calendar year.
Timing:
Event Sponsorship and Memorabilia requests must be made at least ten (10) weeks prior to the event date.
Appearance and Speaking requests must be made at least eight (8) weeks prior to the event date.
Mascot, Dance, and Cheer Krewe requests must be made at least six (6) weeks prior to the event date.
Memorabilia:
Requests for an autographed item to be used for a prize, giveaway, or gift are not accepted.
Items donated by the New Orleans Saints for charitable auctions must not be sold for profit.
We do not accept outside merchandise for autographs. Any unsolicited items will be returned immediately upon receipt, and we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
