- Include the event date and a physical street address (no PO boxes)
- Only one donation per organization per season is permitted
Due to limited availability and high demand, not all requests can be fulfilled.
Ineligible Requests
The Eagles do not provide merchandise for:
- Requests made less than 4 weeks before the event
- Organizations or events without 501(c)(3) status
- Individual fundraising or personal events not associated with a nonprofit mission
