  • Submit requests at least 30 days in advance
  • Operate within Old Glory Harley-Davidson’s authorized dealer territory

Priority is given to:

  • Local organizations
  • Partner or returning community organizations

Ineligible Requests

Old Glory Harley-Davidson does not provide:

  • Cash donations
  • Requests submitted with insufficient lead time
  • Requests outside the local dealer territory

📅 Minimum Lead Time: 30 days before the event or need date
📅 Review Period: Allow at least 30 days after submission for review and action

Due to limited availability, not all applicants will receive a response or donation.
