Eligibility & Preferences
To be eligible, applicants must:
Have a 501(c)(3) Federal E.I.N.
Complete the online request form
Provide a valid mailing address
Use the certificate within six months of the issue date
Limit requests to one discount certificate per benefiting organization per year
The discount certificate is one-time use only and will be mailed to the address submitted through the request form.
Ineligible Requests
Ollie’s does not honor requests for:
Product donations
Cash donations
Gift card donations
On-premise solicitation
Canning, literature distribution, or collection of cash or in-kind donations at Ollie’s locations
Requests from organizations without a 501(c)(3) Federal E.I.N.
Ollie’s states that solicitation of any kind at Ollie’s locations is strictly prohibited because it may disrupt associates and customers and interfere with the company’s primary charitable programs.
Funding Amounts
Ollie’s does not provide cash, product, or gift card donations through this request process. Eligible applicants receive a 15% discount certificate for one transaction at any Ollie’s store location.
Certificates expire six months after the issue date and are limited to one per benefiting organization per year.
