3 Min Read

In-Kind Product Donations Supporting Education, Health & the Arts

Pentel’s Corporate Donations Program provides in-kind product donations to nonprofit organizations that align with the company’s corporate objectives, strengthen community wellbeing, and publicly represent Pentel’s values. Giving is designed to support education, health and human services, and the arts—particularly where Pentel products can be used directly to advance program outcomes.

Organization: Pentel
Support Type: In-kind product donations (no cash grant program)
Geographic Focus: United States (nationwide)

About the Funder

Pentel is a global manufacturer of writing instruments and art supplies with a longstanding commitment to education, creativity, and community wellbeing. Pentel’s donation efforts are purpose-driven, aiming to support charitable causes that reflect the company’s values while enabling meaningful use of Pentel products within nonprofit programs and events.

Contribution Priorities

Pentel focuses its charitable giving on nonprofit organizations and initiatives aligned with the following areas:

Education

Pentel believes education is fundamental to individual and community success. The company supports nonprofit institutions, schools, and events that promote learning and ensure children and adults have access to proper writing instruments.

Health & Human Services

Support for charitable causes that benefit the overall wellbeing of human welfare nationwide, including organizations focused on health, disaster response, and community care.

Arts

Through Pentel Arts, the company supports the art industry and organizations that encourage creativity, imagination, and artistic expression for both children and adults.

Pentel will not support:

  • Organizations without 501(c) status
  • Political or religious causes
  • Individual participation in events or fundraisers (e.g., walk-a-thons, scout projects, fundraising sporting events)
