The Polaris Foundation Product Donation Program provides in-kind support in the form of product donations to nonprofit organizations whose work aligns with Polaris’s values and priorities. This program is designed to help community partners enhance events, programs, and experiences that support community wellbeing, youth safety, environmental stewardship, and STEM education or trades engagement.

The Product Donation Program supports nonprofit and community-based initiatives that align with Polaris Foundation priorities, including:

  • Environment: Projects that support environmental conservation, stewardship, or sustainability

Eligible Support Types

  • In-kind product donations from Polaris inventory (e.g., branded merchandise, equipment, gear, or Polaris vehicles)
  • Sponsorship-style support tied to specific events or community initiatives where products are utilized for community benefit

Eligibility & Preferences

Polaris Foundation considers product donation requests from:

  • 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
  • Community groups serving broad public benefit
  • School or youth organizations with safety or educational focus

Ineligible Requests

The Polaris Foundation typically does not provide product donations for:

  • Individual giveaways or personal use
  • For-profit organizations or private entities
  • Political or advocacy campaigns unrelated to community impact

Product Availability & Review

📅 Review Period: Product donation requests are evaluated on an ongoing basis
