About the Program
Each year, Rochester Community Baseball and the Rochester Red Wings support hundreds of charitable organizations through in-kind donations designed to positively impact the Greater Rochester community.
Due to the high volume of requests received annually, not every request can be fulfilled—even if an organization has been supported in the past.
Geographic Eligibility
Eligible organizations must be located in one of the following counties:
- Genesee
- Livingston
- Monroe
- Ontario
- Orleans
- Wayne
Organizations outside these counties are not eligible.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for consideration, organizations must:
- Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
(Exception: fundraisers benefiting an individual may be considered) - Submit requests at least four weeks prior to the event
- Limit submissions to one request per organization per year
- Pick up the donation in person at the Red Wings office during business hours (if approved)
- Submit requests online only through the official Donation Request Form
Requests may not be related to:
- Award programs
- Prize programs
- Incentive programs
Application Process
All donation requests must be submitted through the official online form.
Requests submitted by phone, email, or mail will not be considered.
