Eligibility & Preferences
Eligible applicants must:
Be classified as not-for-profit by the Internal Revenue Service
Provide services or activities that benefit residents of Saratoga County
Submit a complete electronic application with all required supporting materials
Apply only once during the grant year
If multiple departments within the same organization are requesting funding, those requests should be submitted together. The Foundation Board may or may not fund multiple requests from the same organization.
Ineligible Requests
The Foundation generally will not consider:
Grants or loans to individuals
Construction projects
Labor costs
Funding Amounts
The Saratoga Casino Hotel Foundation does not publish standard award amounts. Grant amounts may vary based on the request, available funding, community benefit, and Board review.

Legal name of the applicant organization
Date of establishment, brief history, and mission statement
Contact person, telephone number, and email address
Qualifications of individuals administering the project
Description of the program or project proposed for funding
Amount requested and a generally itemized budget
Additional information that supports and clarifies the request
