- Abilene, TX
- Houston, TX
- Port Arthur, TX
- Corpus Christi, TX
- Henderson, TX (Fabrication Facility)
- Carlsbad, NM
- Tulsa, OK
- Bismarck, ND
- Williston, ND
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for funding, applicants must:
- Hold 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
- Submit a request aligned with one of Saulsbury’s focus areas
- Be located in a region where Saulsbury operates
- Submit a written request (no phone solicitations)
Requests must include:
- Funding amount requested
- Description of the organization
- Explanation of how funds will be used
- Timeline for funding and project implementation
- Evidence of tax-exempt status
- Project budget and list of additional funders
Ineligible Requests
Saulsbury does not fund:
- Individuals or groups acting on behalf of individuals
- For-profit organizations
- Advertising initiatives
- Political organizations
- Religious organizations
- Operational support for United Way-funded agencies
- Athletic teams, fraternal orders, labor associations, and similar groups
Timeline & Review

📅 Decision Process: Corporate Contributions Committee review
Applicants are encouraged to submit well in advance of project start dates to align with the quarterly review cycle.
