Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for funding, applicants must:

Hold 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
Submit a request aligned with one of Saulsbury’s focus areas
Be located in a region where Saulsbury operates
Submit a written request (no phone solicitations)

Requests must include:

Funding amount requested
Description of the organization
Explanation of how funds will be used
Timeline for funding and project implementation
Evidence of tax-exempt status
Project budget and list of additional funders

Ineligible Requests

Saulsbury does not fund:

Individuals or groups acting on behalf of individuals
For-profit organizations
Advertising initiatives
Political organizations
Religious organizations
Operational support for United Way-funded agencies
Athletic teams, fraternal orders, labor associations, and similar groups

Timeline & Review

Applicants are encouraged to submit well in advance of project start dates to align with the quarterly review cycle.
