Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, your organization must:
- Be an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) nonprofit
OR - Be a first responder unit providing emergency services to a Schnucks store location
Applicants must:
- Attach a copy of their IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter
- Provide the organization’s Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Submit the application at least 90 days prior to the event date
Applications missing required documentation are automatically declined.
Organizations that have received a donation from Schnucks within the past 12 months may have a reduced likelihood of approval.

If approved, the Schnucks Community Engagement team will contact the organization in the month prior to the event to finalize details.

- Your 501(c)(3) IRS Determination Letter saved and ready to upload (.doc, .docx, or .pdf accepted)
- A valid email address
