Eligibility & Application Requirements
Stiles welcomes proposals from:
- 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
- 501(c)(6) nonprofit organizations
To be considered, applicants must:
- Submit requests at least 90 days prior to the event or activity
- Complete the Sponsorship Application
- Upload the following with the application:
- Sponsorship proposal
- W-9
- List of Board of Directors
- Submit all materials electronically
Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
Ineligible Requests
As a standard practice, Stiles does not support:
- For-profit organizations or those without 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) status
- Organizations that discriminate based on race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin
- Community or event advertising
- Athletic sponsorships or scholarships
- Recreational, sporting, or athletic associations
- Student trips or exchange programs
- Telephone solicitations
- Individuals
- Federal or corporate employee campaigns
Due to limited funds, denial of a request does not reflect the value of the applicant’s mission or work.
