Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for funding, organizations must:

  • Be established for at least one year
  • Be federally tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3)
  • Operate in the United States and serve communities where Swire Coca-Cola operates
  • Align with Swire Coca-Cola’s Responsible Marketing Policy
  • Submit requests that align clearly with the People or Planet focus areas
  • Limit submissions to one request per organization per 12-month period, unless invited by a Swire Coca-Cola associate
  • Submit all requests at least 60 days in advance through the online application

In-Kind Donations

In-kind donation requests must meet the same eligibility and focus area guidelines.

Additional in-kind requirements include:

  • Donated products must be used for charitable purposes only
  • Products may not be marketed or resold
  • Donations for events with youth attendees must align with the Global School Beverage Policy

Ineligible Requests

Swire Coca-Cola does not provide donations for:

  • Political organizations, campaigns, or legislative advocacy
  • Religious organizations seeking general or mission-focused support
    • Exceptions may be made for community outreach programs serving the broader, secular community
  • Organizations or programs that discriminate against protected groups
  • Recreational, sporting, or athletic associations, unless serving special needs or underserved populations
  • Group, team, or individual travel expenses
  • Campaigns or initiatives focused on disease elimination or control
  • Individuals or individual fundraising efforts
  • Programs focused on youth under age 13
  • Organizations not aligned with the Beverage Global Marketing Policy for Children
