The Blue Foundation will not fund:

  • Individuals or scholarships
  • Debt retirement or operating deficits
  • Equipment purchases (unless directly tied to service delivery improvements)
  • Multiple requests within the same 12-month period

Funding Amounts

💰 Typical grants range from $3,000 – $25,000
📌 Grant commitments are generally for one year


Timeline & Review

📅 Cycle 2 Application Deadline: September 1, 2026 (5:00 PM)
📅 Board Review: October 7, 2026
📅 Award Notification: November 1, 2026
