Eligibility & Preferences

To be eligible, organizations must:

  • Be in good standing with the IRS and the Secretary of State in the state where services are provided
  • Operate within 100 miles of a Rosendin or MPS office or project area
  • Comply with non-discrimination standards across all protected classes
  • Submit a complete application by the stated deadline (for Annual Grants)

Funding Exceptions (Ineligible Requests)

The Rosendin Foundation generally does not fund:

  • Programs outside the 100-mile service radius
  • Political or lobbying activities
  • Religious-affiliated activities, programs, or capital expenditures
  • Scientific research
  • Projects for a single school
  • Scholarships, loans, re-granting, or participation subsidies
  • Reimbursements for expenses incurred prior to grant decisions
  • Single requests over $100,000
  • Multi-year or ongoing annual funding
  • Fundraising event costs (e.g., galas, golf tournaments, runs)
  • Organizations that discriminate on protected characteristics
