- Serving one or more eligible Hartford County communities listed above
Application Requirements
Applicants will be asked to provide:
Grant Information
- Project name
- Requested grant amount
- General purpose of the grant
- Detailed proposal with objectives
- Planned activities
- Community benefits
- Location and duration
- Number of people affected (including impact on lower-income populations)
Organization Information
- IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter (if applicable)
- Board or leadership list
- Organizational budget
- Project-specific budget (quotes required for items $1,000+)
- Other funding sources (past 18 months and pending)
- Optional supporting documents (up to 3)
