  • Donated product may not be sold at the event unless permitted by state regulations
  • All donated product must be removed from the venue at the end of the event
  • Alcohol must be used and consumed responsibly and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws

Ineligible Requests

Tito’s Handmade Vodka does not support:

  • Requests without 501(c)(3) status
  • Organizations affiliated with liquor license holders or the alcohol industry
  • Requests submitted with less than 30 days’ notice
  • Activities that do not comply with alcohol laws or responsible consumption guidelines
