Washington Wizards – Donation Request Program
In-Kind Memorabilia for Washington, D.C. Metro Nonprofits
The Washington Wizards support charitable organizations and fundraising events throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. While the team strives to fulfill as many requests as possible, demand exceeds availability, and not all requests can be approved.
Organizations seeking support must complete the official online donation request form and comply with all guidelines.

Types of Support
The Wizards provide:
- Team memorabilia
- Promotional items for auctions and raffles
Important: Donations are limited to auction and/or raffle activities designed to raise funds for registered charities. Preference is given to organizations serving youth where funds go directly to those in need.
The Wizards are unable to provide:
- Monetary donations
- Sponsorships
- Autographs on mailed or dropped-off personal items
Eligibility & Submission Guidelines
To be considered:
- Requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the event date
- Requests must be submitted online via the official Washington Wizards Donation Request Form
- Organizations may receive only one donation per calendar year if approved
- The organization must be located within the 75-mile Washington, D.C. marketing territory (including MD and VA)
- All communication will occur via email (do not call for status updates)
- All requests are subject to approval
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a donation will be provided.
After submission, applicants will receive a confirmation email with a designated point of contact.
