Eligibility & Preferences
Organizations must:
- Be community-based nonprofits or youth-serving organizations
- Be located within a Wawa service area
- Be hosting an event at least 3 weeks after submission
- Use donated items in accordance with Wawa guidelines (no resale of products)
Important:
- Each organization may receive one in-kind donation per calendar year
- Requests are fulfilled based on availability and local store/regional budgets
Ineligible Requests
- Requests submitted less than 3 weeks before the event
- Organizations outside Wawa’s service footprint
- Requests that involve resale of donated products
Funding / Support Value
Wawa does not assign a fixed dollar value. Support varies based on:
- Type of donation requested
- Store/regional availability
- Event scale and alignment

Because funding is limited at the store level, early submission is strongly recommended.
