Application Guidelines
- Submit requests at least two weeks prior to your event
- Requests must be submitted through the online donation request system
- Due to high volume, Weis Markets cannot respond to every request
- If approved, notification will come from a local Weis Markets store or the corporate office
- Follow-up calls or emails are not necessary
Ineligible Requests
Weis Markets does not consider requests from or for:
- Individuals seeking support for trips, sports sponsorships, pageants, or similar activities
- Direct assistance for individuals with catastrophic health or financial needs
- Individuals soliciting on behalf of a charity already supported by Weis Markets
- Fraternal, political, or labor organizations
- Advertising in school yearbooks or programs for parties and benefit performances
- Requests outside Weis Markets’ seven-state market area
- For-profit or nonprofit organizations requesting donations for associate incentives
