Requests outside this timeframe will not be considered.
Schools must also:
- Notify school administration of the request
- Ensure school is in session during the event period
- Understand that donations are mailed directly to the school (not residences)
- Understand that returned donations are considered forfeited
Required Application Information
Applicants must provide:
- School name, address, phone number, and website
- Event organizer name, address, phone number, and email
- Exact date and description of the fundraiser
- An electronic copy of the request on school letterhead (under 2MB), including:
- Closest WinCo store location
- Expected attendance
- Number of students in the program
Timeline & Review
📅 Submission Window:
- At least 4 weeks before the fundraiser
- No more than 6 weeks before the event
Due to volume, WinCo Foods:
- Does not respond to status inquiries
- Does not provide eligibility confirmations by phone
- Reviews applications only through the online portal
