Schools must also:

  • Notify school administration of the request
  • Ensure school is in session during the event period
  • Understand that donations are mailed directly to the school (not residences)
  • Understand that returned donations are considered forfeited

Required Application Information

Applicants must provide:

  • School name, address, phone number, and website
  • Event organizer name, address, phone number, and email
  • Exact date and description of the fundraiser
  • An electronic copy of the request on school letterhead (under 2MB), including:
    • Closest WinCo store location
    • Expected attendance
    • Number of students in the program

Timeline & Review

📅 Submission Window:

  • At least 4 weeks before the fundraiser
  • No more than 6 weeks before the event

Due to volume, WinCo Foods:

  • Does not respond to status inquiries
  • Does not provide eligibility confirmations by phone
  • Reviews applications only through the online portal
