Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be a local, nonprofit organization based in Greene County, NY
    (A small number of exceptions may be made)
  • Have not received a donation from Windham Mountain Club within the past calendar year
  • Submit the request at least one month in advance of the event or need date

Ineligible Requests

Windham Mountain Club may not respond to requests that:

  • Are not from local nonprofit organizations
  • Do not meet the advance notice requirement
  • Come from organizations that received support in the previous calendar year

📅 Advance Notice Required: Minimum of one month prior to event or need date

Due to the volume of requests, Windham Mountain Club may not respond to all inquiries, particularly those that do not meet eligibility guidelines.

  • Description of the event or program
  • Date of need and how the donation will be used
