Wynn Resorts accepts monetary donation and in-kind donation requests from eligible nonprofit organizations through a web-based application process only. Wynn Resorts’ corporate giving includes financial support and in-kind contributions such as hotel room nights, show tickets, and restaurant experiences, with priority given to communities where Wynn operates.
⚠️ Important: This process is separate from the Wynn Resorts Foundation Community Grant Fund, which is expected to open in Q4 2026.

About the Funder
Wynn Resorts is committed to responsible corporate citizenship and community engagement. Through its corporate giving program, Wynn supports nonprofit organizations whose missions align with its community initiatives and values. To ensure fairness, transparency, and efficiency, all charitable requests are reviewed through a centralized online portal and vetted through compliance and leadership review.
Application Overview – Paperless Process
Wynn Resorts uses a web-based application system for all charitable requests.
- All requests must be submitted online
- Paper, phone, email, or employee-routed requests will not be accepted
- This includes requests that might otherwise be made through Wynn executives or employees
Key Guidelines & Limits
- Maximum of two (2) comprehensive applications per nonprofit per calendar year
- Applications must be submitted at least 12 weeks before the first event, program, or initiative
- In-kind-only requests may be considered with 30 days’ notice if the nonprofit has completed compliance vetting within the past 3 years
- Additional requests beyond the two-application limit will not be reviewed
- Applicants are notified only if approved (within 8–12 weeks)
Required Documentation
Applications must include:
- Most recent IRS Form 990
- IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter
- IRS Form W-9 (signed and dated)
- Organization mission statement
- Day-to-day manager contact information
- List of board members and consultants/advisors
Additional State-Specific Requirements
Nevada-based organizations must also submit:
- Annual Charitable Solicitation Registration Statement
Massachusetts-based organizations must also submit:
- Certificate of Good Standing (MA Secretary of State)
- Certificate for Solicitation (MA Attorney General’s Office)
Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Requests That Will NOT Be Considered
Wynn Resorts does not fund:
- Advertising, marketing, film, or media projects
- Disaster relief outside of recognized emergency fund organizations
- Religious or sectarian advocacy or conversion efforts
- Travel or lodging expenses for individuals or groups
- Requests benefiting a single individual or family
- Organizations with discriminatory policies or practices
- Research programs, including clinical research outside federal programs
- Foundations or for-profit entities
- Sports leagues, teams, contests, or pageants
- Political causes, candidates, or campaigns
- Memberships or chambers of commerce
- Programs misaligned with Wynn’s community initiatives
All applicants are subject to background investigation and compliance review.

- Advance Notice Required: 8–12 weeks minimum
- Review Period: 8–12 weeks after submission
- Notification: Approved applicants only
