- Strong emphasis on teacher collaboration and measurable student outcomes
Ineligible:

- Non-school organizations

Award Conditions:
- Awards are made to schools—not individuals or nonprofits
- Recipient organizations must meet IRS tax-exempt and nondiscrimination requirements
