Eligible Applicants
Applicants must represent one of the following in Arizona:
Registered 501(c)(3) organization
School
Municipality
League
Youth team or organization affiliated with an eligible entity
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and directly affiliated with the organization or team. If the applicant is not a coach or administrator, the team or organization contact should be notified and will be required as part of the application process.
Only one grant per organization or team will be awarded per year.
Funding Amount
Grants of up to $1,000 are available.
In 2026, the Diamondbacks Give Back PLAY BALL Fund will invest a total of $90,000 in youth sports across Arizona.
Up to 15 organizations will be selected to receive funding each month during the regular season, from April through September.
