Financial transparency, including regular independent audits and financial information available upon request
Compliance with all applicable state and federal nonprofit laws and reporting requirements
Non-discriminatory service practices
Alignment with Balise’s charitable focus areas

General Program Exclusions

Balise does not support:

Organizations or programs that discriminate against protected classes
Programs outside Balise’s service areas
Individuals (including scholarships, travel, medical procedures, or conference fees)
Beauty or talent contests
Debt-reduction campaigns or operating deficits
Organizations that present a conflict with Balise’s goals, products, or associates
One-time event sponsorships as a primary funding request

Application Process

While most support is provided proactively, organizations that meet Balise’s eligibility and focus criteria may apply:

Applications are reviewed within 60 days of receipt
Applicants will be notified following the review process
