Eligible applicants must:

  • Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

  • Serve communities where SRC has a presence (primarily Central New York, but also regional office communities across the U.S.)

  • Align with SRC’s priority giving areas

  • Demonstrate measurable community impact

SRC does not typically fund:

  • Individuals

  • Political or lobbying activity

  • Religious organizations unless services are non-sectarian

  • Programs outside SRC’s operating regions


Funding Amounts

SRC does not publicly list fixed award amounts. Funding typically varies based on:

  • Program scope

  • Level of community impact

  • Organizational alignment with SRC’s STEM or military priorities

Most grants are small to mid-sized community contributions or sponsorships.
