Ineligible Requests
The Foundation will not fund:
- Individuals
- Political organizations or candidates
- Religious institutions (e.g., churches, synagogues, mosques)
- Fraternal organizations or labor unions
- Most tax-supported entities (limited exceptions for library capital campaigns)
