Opportunity Description: The Local Change Foundation awards grants to local nonprofits working in the following fields:

Mental Health
Affordable Housing

Priority will be given to mental health organizations with operating budgets under $1M and affordable housing organizations with operating budgets under $3M. Organizations with operating budgets above those thresholds are unlikely to receive funding.

Local Change periodically reviews and updates its funding priorities, using local community research to focus our funding in areas where there are significant gaps in services.
