Opportunity Description: The Smart & Healthy Neighborhood grant program is limited to nonprofit organizations seeking funding to support programming or projects on the northwest side of Milwaukee, including the neighborhoods of Havenwoods, Thurston Woods, West Lawn and surrounding areas. Applications are currently considered every two years for this program.

Grant requests for this program may be for up to $300,000 over two years (up to $150,000 per year) and it is anticipated four grants will be awarded in the 2025 cycle.
